Any judge that steps on our Constitutional rights has no right to be a judge.
This Judge is beyond rogue and should be removed from the bench and disbarred.
Unqualified Academically and Morally to be a judge. Needs to be removed.
Five hearings in countless hours in the courthouse and Jeremy has not only said at most 3 words in the courtroom but there has been 0 testimony or evidence taken from Jeremy's side. How are you five hearings in and the defense has had 0 ability to put on any defense at all. This is beyond appalling
Facts! This judge is a Commie who doesn't uphold our Constitutional Righs! all he had to do is look at the information from the Ohio protective order to see LYNETT IS A LIAR. I think he sees a possible wife in LYNETTE. He was 100% acting as her lawyer during the only side shown (HERS!) at that first hearing, He let her go forever about stuff that is all HEARSA this Judge clearly has BIAS & a issue with the Hales and how they monetize their lives!

J & G get death threats and hate whatever So then with this idiot JUDGES reasoning the HE would be held responsible for any actions by someone else? Why are non of the rely good judges stopping the bad judge. Don't take our word for it, judge listen to this guy loving his own voice and not giving a heck about what he says. He is no right. Please help get this guy to either rule his court legally or run him off. This is so upsetting, he thinks he king .my God he won't even let anyone else speak. They judge absolutely set a date, never even looked up from his papers to ensure either party not only heard, but acknowledged what was stated. Instead, he rattles out a date, and then only seconds later, he adjourns court. Attorney Feather was speaking with his client about scheduling and never heard the court when Grudge Judge set the date and then adjourned.
This Judge should not be allowed to do this, he would be sacked in the UK. Jeremy’s lawyer has not got a word in edgeways. A judge should say yes and No and rule on items, he is a teacher not a lawyer. This Judge may teach the law but he clearly doesn’t know the law or how to be a judge. Disgusting.

The judge seems to be really angry that Mark Feather knows how to do all of those lawyerly things in a courtroom. in only 15 minutes and he won't tell him how he plans to do it so that the judge can know how to do that too. Mark Feather obviously holding out information that the judge really, really needs.
He could have wrapped it up in less than 15 mins. Wouldn’t take but a few mins. To show she was dishonest with the court and , you Judge would be required buy law to throw it out. Also charge Ms Preston with perjury!

FL Statutes also say that in a temporary injunction can only limit your Second Amendment Rights if a weapon was used in the cause for the temporary injunction, other than in a domestic violence case.
He could have been over if he would followed the law.

I wonder how the judge treats Mark Feathers in other cases he has seen in front of this judge and what he did to out a bad taste in that judges mouth .
The judge appears determined to never let Jeremy present his protection orders and to just make him stay there and hold him prisoner indefinitely.
I want to know if there's an over and under on. How many hearings it will take before? Jeremy actually gets to present any evidence whatsoever.

Edit: I'm under the impression this judge has been on the bench for 40 plus years. If this is typical of his behavior, there's 40 years plus years of review for every case he has ever presided over.

In the pre 5th hearing did the judge deny there stay the case and Jeremy's ability to take the case higher .we can laugh but how many victims are out there that's been treated by the same judge.
what needs to happen is ya'll need to coordinate together and get the Florida news media in on this its got 1st 2nd amendment laws so the FL media would be all over it

This judge has also revisited 2 wild assumptions he made, as if they are real at the start of every hearing, and ruled on his assumptions rathwr than hear the truth
Honestly, Mr. feathers could possibly have concluded the hearing that day, if the judge would just keep Lynette under control from her outburst. not once did he stop her when she would yell at Mr. feathers, I mean really this isn’t law in order the TV show. This is actual court. People are required by law to be behaved in a certain manner, and Lynette was not behaved in like that until she had a lawyer that said, shut the hell up😂😂
The worst part of this is LiEnette has made statements that the judge has accepted as truth with no evidence! She lies about everything! The judge coddles her like she's a victim, but we've watched since she came on the scene, and she's no victim! She's very calculated. This woman has been doing this for a long time and is good at lying. The fact that a judge has fallen into her web of lies is very concerning. We've watched as she has struck her child and left her in heavy dirty diapers. The child is 4 years old and still in diapers! This is not the kind of love you show a child! This is lazy! She only does things for the benefit of herself! The child is money for her, that's all. She gets disability for all three of them. When Jeremy and George refused to help her, she started with her rants on FB. Against them! This woman is crazy. Every follower of the Hales has seen her mess. We all saw John Cook pull the gun on Jeremy! It's on video! She lied about it in court! Why is Jeremy's evidence not being seen? This judge is biased and needs to go!
