Yeah, Tsukki improved a loot since he was 12/13, but sometimes he's not hitting his headspin drill as good as he did for example in 2022 DPC, with his other moves it looks the same here
Tsukki legs are long in comparison to torso. I imagine execution gets harder when you get progressively more tired, especially with his type of movements.
