    ప్రపంచంలో వజ్రంలాంటి ఆహారం ఇది ఒక్కటే.. మొలకెత్తిన విత్తనాలు.. గింజలుగా ఉన్నప్పటి కన్నా మొలకెత్తినప్పుడు వాటి విలువలు రెట్టింపవుతుందని.. ఉదాహరణలతో సహా .. గ్యాస్ వస్తుందని మానతారు. ఇవి high ప్రోటీన్ diet.. కందిపప్పు, పెసరపప్పు తడితరాలలో హై ప్రోటీన్ వుండబట్టి గ్యాస్ వస్తుంది.. నివారణ కొరకు నీటిని బాగా సరిపడా 4 నుండి 5 లీటర్లు తీసుకుంటే గ్యాస్ రాదని.. తదితర విషయాలను తన చక్కటి విశ్లేషణతో మనకందించిన డాక్టర్ రాజుగారికి ధన్యవాదాలు.
