Good video when I was working in Bajaj finserv our company was sharing motivational stories of company one of our employee went to Chennai and due to launguage barrier couldn't make a sale so office boy went with him and he helped him making a loan sale now that office boy is manager in our firm.

This is fact it happened i worked in courier company in hub mumbai in year 2005 july 26 there was a flood in mumbai from there was a heavy rain from 12pm till morning 5am nxt day most of t mumbai was flooded i was in field to send courier bag in a branch in worli i got stuck up i went walkng home 12 pm to 4 am i reached home 9 km aprox i didnt report to work 3 days on saturday i went to work nxt day was sunday there was a news telecast there would be heavy rain .my mother told me to come home early. There at 6pm we were leaving for home t duty manager he was not allowing us to go home there was a news bus and local train is going to be stopped.the manager t selfish guy he was telling not to keep work for night shift the staff may not come complete t work and go we were forced to wait till 8pm even supervisor got angry at him. He is not bother about our life he is bothered about work .my mother was tensed i left signed t overtime left luckily i got t last bus going towards my home .Monday there was flooded i saw in news tuesday i went to job i came to know that same manage was absent reason his area flooded
