I was wondering how a stapler would work verses sewing...I want to try this.
I think you can try it, your frame will be smaller because you would have to overlap it to make sure the staples goes in on both sides. Use a piece of tape to hold the shades in place before staple because you don't want them to be leaning , maybe you will use one less shade since you have to overlap the frame a little more. I can't guarantee the measurements then, so what you can do is leave one side of the frame open until you are done attaching the shades incase you have to cut a little off, you can also make hole and attach the wreath before sealing the ends so you dont have to force it in. If mine was short 1 shade it would still cover my ceiling light. Hope this helps, let me know if you need anymore information.

I love this project, as I do many of your tutes. I just might have to give it a go myself. However, to punch the holes I'll use my wood burner with the point tool attachment, and to connect the 3.5" pieces GORILLA CLEAR GRIP GLUE (my favorite).

Thank you, I used shower curtain hooks , you can add it to rubber band , hot glue it to the wreath. Or you can tie fishing lines, Or glue the fishing lines to magnets and place the magnet over the lip of your ceiling light. I have few chandeliers and I used different methods for all , so watch them and see which works for you, thanks
How did you attach???
On the wreath, I attached the floral wire ,twist to seal it, the floral wire has metal inside, then I hook that to the shower hooks, and open the other end to rest on top of the light fixture. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any further questions, thanks
