I just did a really fun "challenge" I gave myself. Used a gulp pill to swallow a panic button and a "no" as well as kept the D4 as my active. Then I gave myself the restriction that I absolutely had to pick up every passive I came across. Panic button would activate when I'm about to get hit and completely randomize me. Super fun run killing The Beast.

I think you said you wanted to get good with every item last video. One thing to keep in mind is Polyphemus is not a damage multiplier at all if you have c-section, inner eye or mutant spider (you had all 3 😅) So you made a close call with that sacred heart pick.
Love the vid not to be erm actually but if you got restock in dc in next shop you could get every item in the game cause pound of flesh + lost. So you couldve gottom c section if it want when the restock machine broke
