I pray you just had a couple random bad experiences. We just actually booked here for our first ever PV experience in April (first trip post baby). I'll be sure to update with our review as well. @@Rosefinity unfortunately that trip got cancelled due to covid and instead of rescheduling there we ended up going to Secrets Cap Cana. Which was absolutely the nicest resort we've been too!

If you have never been or don't want to deal with the hassle, then, yes. But, if you have been before or are a DYI type person, then a website might be for you. Kari is an expert and will cover a lot of the details a traveler with less experience might forget.
We stayed in the suite room ... And it was beautiful. We have been about 3 times. They have always treated us respectfully and wonderfully. I am sad to hear that your experience was so bad...I have enjoyed this resort immensely, Everytime.
Thanks for sharing. I'm planning a wedding and I would hate for my guests or us to have that kind of experience. I'll most likely consider other resorts.
Thank you. Very timely. We are going to book the regular ocean view rather than doing preferred club. We had a similarly disappointing experience at the adults only Grand Fiesta Americana with lack of service and an alternating too hot or too cold room that had us either sweating or wearing our robes to bed. We enjoyed Secrets Huatulco but prefer PV to Huatulco for the plethora of things to do. Looking forward to viewing the video of your 2020 resort of choice. Enjoy!

Yes. But it doesn't really get very cold there.

Too much complaining. Would have liked more hotel info. Just be happy. Life is good, right?
"I don't want to complain" as you complain for 30 minutes on a video. I love am resorts! Maybe don't act so entitled just because you're "preferred"
