Some army fella on a random rabbit hole forum said blowing the water back into your bladder and out of the hose between drinks will keep it from freezing!? Can anyone confirm or deny this seemingly good information? Please let me know

Didn’t see my first message soo if using water bladder insulate tube with tube insulation from camelbak or Amazon but most importantly blow water back into bladder after every drink and insulate bladder in pack with extra clothing items if no insulation on bladder keeps from freezing. And bonus it keeps water cool in hot conditions
What was your total pack weight you wound up taking? Did you carry the helinox with you while hunting? I have one and am thinking of taking it for glassing!
