Alter doesn't need a nerf she honestly in a good spot infact she needs a buff to her Ultimate cus it's the weakest thing in her kit and some bug fixes
But really Octane didn't need that stim buff when he already has perks now he's even more annoying and able 3rd party fights easily and get out of a fight easily

Yeah I personally I like Alter the way she is (with a tweak to her ult maybe), but it's just based on what the community has been saying and a fair few pros have made similar op comments. Normally that leads to the devs making some kind of changes.

Yeah not so surprising now I guess. He was nerfed slightly at the start of the season so when I made this video early on I wasn't sure if that would mean he'd get picked less. Clearly he's still very strong though, so not surprised now that he's high in the pick rates.
