For the foam dust, I've seen many creators duct tape a shop vac hose to the edge of the table to suck up the dust easily.

i like it but i think it needs to be more black or dark grey than brown, also having the rim of the helmet a bit less bent outward, and also like you said smoothing out the seams, other than that it seems pretty good. bee face mask would be cool as well as frosted flake
