Whomever wrote this has the gift of verbal gymnastics so much so that after a minute or two you realize that’s he’s said actually NOTHING about any thing. Guys a master .
Gail had two sitcoms. The first was “My Little Margie” the second was “Oh, Susanna” with Zasu Pitts. Gail’s real name was Josephine and she was married to a businessman named Lee Bonnell. My husband was in business with Lee and so we wives were together a lot. Sad.y, she had a serious problem with alcohol. Lee took great care of Josephine and he helped her present a lovely image. After Lee died Gail got sober and found religion.😊
That's not the person I knew, she rented the boat dock next to ours one summer at Lake Arrowhead CA, her daughter Susannah was sweet & adorable (about 4 at the time) but poor mom Gale was a VERY troubled lady with lots of problems, I'll be nice & not say more except that Richard Boone who rented that same dock the following summer was very warm & friendly

I sort of remember this program. It was good.
I thought the Gale Storm Show was called "Oh Suzanna" with Zasu Pitts. Roy Roberts was the captain of the Ocean Queen.
My Homie!
