The management of abnormal smear in pregnancy will be the same. If you started by HPV after which you will do smear if abnormal you will follow the same plan in pregnancy
By colposcopy showing CIN 1 or ll or lll, does it mean colposcopic biopsy? If yes what is the difference between this biopsy and the biopsy done if there was invaisve cancer on colposcopy
On colposcopy we can assess wether it is CIN1 2 or 3 by scoring (clinico colposcopic index) that means you do not have to take biopsy. Take biopsy in pregnancy only when your colposcopy score is high i-e suspicion of invasive cancer .
Sir why u said that if it's a routine smear result nd normal thn repeat it after 3mo postnatal..if normal thn y not routine recall of 3yrs or 5yrs screening program...nd y we need to do routine smear in pregnancy as we shd delay it till postnatal

Aoa sir after lketz will cerclage be applied and delivery by csection as in exam roleplayer asked me about mode of delivery
She can still have the option of vaginal delivery
