My problem with Malohite is that i often get a team that just sucks ballz even if i do snowball the lane and im an unkillable monster,, they just figure out if they focus me my whole team goes down
you are winning this because of top level wave management and nasus having silver level wave control. Not because of broken champ (witch malphite is!)

This was an Iron game and the Nasus was Bronze 4, so it's hard to say. Probably will still be effective albeit less so
@@linussings8172 the nasus didn’t seemed seasoned. At one point he had 2x long sword and boots. Magic resist or cdr would have been my first priority 🤷

No, because the damage of Thornmail scale with your armor, not the damage you receive from auto attacks

I used to play this style but don't use malphite as much and when I do play grasp. Arcane Comet or the first strike build into champs with better sustain just gets old. The gameplay showed here seems nowhere near challenger level.
Although I respect fogged, this game is with literally all brozne iron players... Nasus Lvl 50, bronze 4. Malphite is great for team fighting but if u reach late game, Nasus can carry. Just FYI

Hey man. I just started league about a month ago. It’s the first game I’ve played this like this. I only ever play top lane and I play warwick and yone the most. But I’ve been struggling bad when my opponent takes ranged characters. Can you please make a video as to how I counter there style of play when they just poke me non stop and run. Thank you in advance!
Against a ranged matchup top you have to give up CS. Stay in EXP range so you don’t fall behind inn levels and wait for the ranged champ to be pushed up far in lane so you can all in. The ranged champ has a poke advantage, but you have the advantage in the all in just play to your strengths. Also asked for ganks because ranged champs are easy ganks with the jungle.
He literaly did, best thing to counter a ranged champ is arcane commet malphite

Against tanks tho is useless...if nasus just buy tank items u cant kill him
Can you play this on your main mate? These guys are bronze, the people watching are learning how to survive a bronze dive and how to beat up a bronze nasus.

guess that Malph is one of the easy tank champs to serve as a flex pick for tank players, since the pick is kinda situational tbh (best against 3 ads in other team). so even if you are not used to malphite, if u have notion of the playstyle u'll end up 1v9 anyway

No, it only procs the stronger slow, in season 1 it used to stack slows but no more
I know malphite can be pretty good in support as well. Would the build be similar?
you can try something similar for malplhite support but ap is better especialy on the lane when you make 6

It was mainly iron and bronze players. Normally, when you don't have someone giga ultra mega smurfing, that elo it is always easy to come back as macro play is non-existent.

as a bronze player i must say that the problem with malph is that its not optimal to climb since in bronze and i guess in silver too its better to have someone who can carry the game at some point even when you win the lane and then you look and see the enemy midalaner who's 8-0.
Don't worry. Most of the players he was playing against here were bronze/iron mmr, so it works just fine in that elo. :)
@@tygonmaster yeah but in another way, that is the problem. a Master can effectivly carry a game even playing yuumi top against bronzes and iron. With an equal level of skill, i still think that you need to use a pick that has more carry potential f.e. Garen or MordeKaiser but that is just based on my experience in low elo
@@P1toneMalphite has a lot of carry potential. I think a lot of people in lower elo don't think tanks can carry when they can. If you mean specifically he lacks damage, you can just get demonic fourth item to convert all that health into additional damage on your ult and qs, but malphite damage on his e and w scale with armor.

Brutally honest truth you cant make it to challenger with this. Once your win rate goes up and your teams auto fill percentage goes up to 3/5 autofill per game its worse than a coin flip

You just break the banshees and proceed to poke them some more? Also banshees cooldown resets if you're in combat i believe so banshees wouldnt do much for you unless you're just looking to protect yourself from malphite ult engage late game
