Bermuda gombeys roots are from St. Kitts....that's why they're similar to the masquarades (drum beats, costume, etc) but definitely very unique. Proud of my country representing Bermuda well...been wanting to see this for such a long time.
The spectatorship is small because festivals is not so much of a traditional thing for Nevisians eh? But the parade itself is still good. You could imagine the majority of people attending CULTURAMA are the people who come over from St. Kitts no problem, same country.
