    This is one of the best videos anybody could watch....
    I am getting a pro series 4 for Christmas....can't wait!!
    I smoke a lot of meat and barbecue often. I am far from being a pro, but I sure enjoyed your video. You skipped all the basics which was great. All of us who smoke already know the 1st steps. You definitely need to make more. your emotions and Honesty Are awesome and makes you want to watch more.
    Great job brother. Looking forward to more of your videos

    Looks good, some suggestions… unscrew the rain cap on top all the way, you’re cutting airflow. Get temperature probes, always cook to temp! I put one of the probes provided inside to track temps. Keep on smoking!

    Hilarious. Your enthusiasm for smoking meat motivates me to try it. I could almost taste the meat myself with all of your Umm's. 🤣 Love the video and thanks for posting it.

    Nice little video friend. I will suggest that you always place the poultry on the bottom rack when doing multiple proteins. salmonella type concern. But great job, glad you are having fun!

    Don't let chicken drip over pork or beef. It doesn't matter the other way around.

    With brisket flat at 165 you would wanna wrap it and let it ride up to 205 especially the flat.
    Everything looks amazing but that’s the only thing I would have to say

      Good call! This was the first and only time I smoked a brisket flat. I will do that next time.

      Sorry I didn't see your comment sooner! I just use the PitBoss pellets and I use a variety of them. All are pretty good.

    You need to cut the brisket across the grain.

    Good job bro I’m gonna save this video cuz it gives me courage to start a channel. Where did you get your mic?

    • @timmyd5046
      @timmyd5046  2 роки тому +1

      I uploaded this video and never checked it after. I'm surprised to see I have so many views! I purchased my mic off Amazon, it was about $25. It works well, but I think I want to get a wireless one so I can move around a little easier. Reply if you start a channel!

    Dumb question...... do I need to get the smoker up to desired temp before putting food in to cook? Or can I put the food in and start it up?

  • @HectorDC02

    does the smoker make a lot of smoke at low temp?, i am planing to use this for rest my briskets after they are done on my normal Grill. Thanks for the review and greetings from Costa Rica.

      @timmyd5046  Рік тому +1

      I’m so sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner! Yes, it seems the lower the temperature you smoke at the more smoke you get. When I’ve smoked at 300F or above there is very little smoke.
