My car has completed aroubd 500 kms, it shoes 14 kmpl. In the brgining I haf also seen 12 kmpl. While i filled the tank i zeroed the mileage and drove car with light footed. Observed that longer the car runs in higher gears better the mileage. Right now I am getting 14.1 as oer odometer. Also 2 of my car accessories are pending with showroom its been a month now did not get a call to get it installed.
14Kmpl in 500km is just too good. very happy for you sir. next time i'll try that reset option. but i stay in heavy traffic area. 2 km distance takes 20 to 30 minutes. so may be traffic is the reason. it hardly touches 3rd gear. unless we go for weekend drive. Showroom is the pain to deal for anything. total sarkaari. do watch my coming video you will get to know.

Very roomy and Superb pulling power as turbo kicks in really early so no lag in there. but aapka 80% city use hai to sikf ek issue hai wo aap dekh lo. That is Parking - it takes more space. kahin bhi ghusane ke pahle sochana padata hai. Earlier we had i10 wo kahin bhi fit ho jati thi. this Car doesn't fit in my Stilt parking as turning space is really tight for my Stilt parking. so mujhe bahar common area ya road pe lagana padata hai. if parking issue nhi hai then you can go ahead. and i strongly advice to take take multiple test drive. full family ke sath jaao. baitho and chala ke dekho. Sir. for me it was close to 4 months. i have no idea what is the current situation. but before booking ask few showroom. don't trust one single showroom. (when I booked the gave me a lollypop saying one NEO is there and you can take in weeks time. but once i paid the booking amount. then they started their drama. so be careful)
Yes I myself have sat on it. But I must say it's not for long hours. In case you need to cover long distance you will have to keep switching sitting position, frequent breaks will be mandatory I guess. Also only 1 such person can sit. More than 1 person only kids is possible. But Bhai it's so good in city with big family & friends. sab baith jao, Lunch Dinner Outing or Shopping and even for pick n drop to family members. It's so joyful to drive around fully loaded with your near and dear ones...
I guess It's different City to city. where I am not happy with the behavior of Thane Showroom & service center but a friend of mine is Super happy in Madhya Pradesh (same Car owner)

Or do you feel Tata Nexon, XUV 300 has better road presence? 4) Many say that Bolero Neo is for rural and semi urban areas, not for city like Nexon or Creta or 300? Hello Ajay. yes we are happy with the Neo. Now coming to your questions. 1) I recently did Mumbai - Lonavala 3 days vacation trip with my family (wife and 2 kids) + my Uncle & Aunt. and no one complained about seating position. Thigh support is very good so it's comfortable to sit. This Car is tall so feels spacious and 3 medium built person can sit comfortably. So I don't see any issue in full day drive as well. 2) Frankly speaking I haven't got a chance to do that but initial pick-up just awesome. Turbo kicks in very early so zero lag here. you shift to 3rd gear and it zooms ahead, you will have to shift down to 2nd to stay in control in slow speeds\traffic situation. Such a fun to drive in city. But on the other hand if you love speed then this is the wrong Car for you and you will disappointed with top speed and performance at those high RPM (no personal experience this is what I have read & watched in reviews. so far I am happy the way it reaches 100/120s). 3) So NEO is quite tall you can see the roof of Nexon or XUV 300 or even Seltos. Look wise it depends on person to person. I like it's boxy design and wheel mounted on rear door but again rear end could have been better. A little more rear extension would have have nailed it. I guess Upcoming Neo+ version will look much better like Older TUV plus. But people do look at it twice like- what kind of bolero is this. and other Bolero drivers try to Race you :) (now i am making more friends at petrol pumps. hahahaha...) 4) Come to Mumbai roads are worse then any rural area. specially in monsoon season. every day i see so many cars struggling with bumps & pot holes. So SUV is the winner here. The only problem I face is the parking as this require a bit more space the my earlier i10 which used to fit in auto rikshaw parking space :) Now my opinion - The kind of buying experience I had and now the struggle with service center and quality issues. I won't recommend this Brand unless Service center is near your house and you have some free time too. so go according to you budget and requirements if budget no issue then Try WW | Skoda | Toyota. Why I choose this is because it's rear wheel drive with differential lock. and there is no rear wheel drive in market in this budget. I had kept budget of 17L but after the NEO test drive aur kuch jama hi nhi... (new task for you to google - rear wheel drive and differential lock :) hahahaha ) if you agree with my points do hit the like button and consider subscribe. more videos coming soon on this.
If u r looking for built, comfort, space, mileage, ground clearance and ride quality then go for it. I bought it on 22nd December and driven 900 km. It's an awesome vehicle. Mine is giving 18 km/L
ECO mode as in AC? then YES! using it as daily commute (home to office, 15 km one side). I must say AC is super strong with fan speed at level 1 for single person in car. so put it on AC ECO and its doing it's Job pretty well. Current mileage on Odo meter is 12.3 to 12.5. but these days I don't get any traffic. And if i go by the DTE(distance to empty) then the mileage it's guessing is16kmpl. I'll try to drive on ECO drive mode and update you in couple of day.
hey CJ so update on ECO mode. Drove it for 12km last night and here is what I felt. 1. Car felt a lot heavier. 2. Engine felt like 600cc. 3. Turbo doesn't kicks in I guess. so Zero pulling power and I end up reving till 2, 2.5k RPM in each gear to catch up with other cars. 4. No difference in mileage. it shows live mileage on Odo meter which was Stuck at 12.4. In 12km city drive in no traffic, only few traffic signals. If you are familiar with Mumbai than BKC to Mahalakshmi temple - ( Via Sea link ).
I have sold within 6 months.. fed up of 3 cylinder engine.. Major reason Fuel economy.. it is below 9 kmpl in city with moderate traffic conditions AC on. Otherwise its great Bolero neo (No SUV neither Car)
Agree Milage is low. I don't know how people claim for 16kmpl. for me it shows 12ish. I haven't checked tank to tank method and genuinely speaking i don't want to check yaar. jo hai thik hai... On performance note. yes it's not smooth as 4Cly but my requirement was different so i am okay with compromise here. anyway hope you find your best car soon. do update us what you picked and how it's running. best of luck. cheers mate.
What I learnt from this video Mahindra Service Center is not trustworthy enough, what you wold have opted pick up and drop for the service. No doubt Neo is beast vehicle but this service center exp which you shared is scary
This time around, I decided not to wait around impatiently. Instead, I opted for the convenience of pick-up and drop-off service, even though I had to pay extra charges. The standard second service, took two days. While I can't say the service quality was exceptional, but I must admit the car itself is a fantastic car, consistently bringing a smile to my face.

Ye N10 Optional hai, MTT kit wala. Sari accessories mila-jula ke almost 15L ki padi.
