Man does this beautiful truck bring back memories. My first road worthy truck was a 1976 Dodge Power Wagon purchased in July 1976. I learded a heard lesson when in the fall of 78 I traded it in for a new 79. Being young and stupid I wanted to upgrade to a larger 360 engine and four speed. October of 79 my baby girl was born and I learned the hard way how much a baby cost and had to trade my 79 Power Wagon to one of my female employees for a beater 75 Power Wagon with a slant six uner the hood. But I have to say that 75 releifed my financial pain enough to get me through until 77 when I traded it for a used 77 PW. These Dodges were great trucks and I never had a bad one and enjoyed driving all of them. Even that 75 beater who had seen her better days never let me down and saved my young irresponsible behind in the long run.
One of my brothers-in-law had this same truck except it was medium blue, and one of my brothers had a 76 short box, fleet side, 4 spd., 4x4 with a 400 big block, it was black with blue interior. I just got given a 75 and am super stoked to get to work on it.
I had a 79 short box W150 Power Wagon, 4x4 360 4sp NP 435 transmission NP 203 full time four wheel drive. When off road you would lock the transfer case and the truck was unstoppable by far the best off road truck I've ever owned. I used it to explore the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Arrowhead of Minnesota year round as long as the tires had traction it would go anywhere.
I never had a doge truck but I always thought dodge had good names. “Power Wagon” or “Ram”. I thought it was a wise move to make the name and logo Ram. Good adds too.
King of the World Scott Anthony McCoy grandson of Austin McCoy would love to have that truck delivered to me ASAP, I'm at my buddies house in my Vandalized Jeep Wrangler Sport waiting to get into my house or mansion. 3633 Landa St Los Angeles California 90027 is the delivery address ASAP , God Bless !!!👑🌎🙏🙏👍😎🍀
That is a beautifully preserved truck!
That’s a beautiful restoration

I would like to know where you bought your dash from?
What size gas tank do you have in the rear I’m trying to figure out what size mine is I have a 1975 w100
Do you by any chance know where you can get a new dash because mine is all cracked
To the best of my knowledge, you'd have to hunt for a good used one, which is not easy.
Hey bro love the truck!! What intake are you running?
Edelbrock Performer
Esta perrona 👍👍👍

Dodge has used a ram emblem since at least the 30's, but I wish they had never dropped the "Power Wagon" name plate, or changed from Dodge to Ram
Awesome!
What size lift an tires?
Not sure. I'd say about 3 inches?
