    Recipe for yeast buns with Nutella cream:
    Components:
    Solution:
    - milk (45 ml)
    - fresh yeast (25 g)
    - sugar (1 tablespoon)
    - flour (1 tablespoon)
    Cake:
    - flour (320 g)
    - milk (125 ml)
    - egg (1 piece)
    - butter (50 g)
    - sugar (50 g)
    - vanilla sugar (15 g)
    Filling:
    - Nutella cream / jam / fruit / any other spread
    Preparation:
    Take the yeast, eggs and butter out of the refrigerator beforehand and warm to room temperature.
    Pour the warm milk into a dish, crush the fresh yeast, add sugar and flour
    and mix thoroughly. Cover with a cloth and set aside for half an hour to rise.
    Put the butter into a pot or saucepan and melt it.
    Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, melted butter, cream flavor
    and mature leaven.
    Knead the dough thoroughly. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for about 60 minutes.
    Set the oven to 180 ° C.
    Line the baking tray with baking paper.
    Sprinkle some flour on the pastry board, divide the dough into smaller balls.
    Crush each of them in your hands, put the filling in the middle, join the edges of the dough from four different ends and form a bun with your hands and then put it on the baking tray.
    Beat the yolk with the addition of milk and spread on the top of the buns.
    Put in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle the cooled buns lightly with powdered sugar.
    Serve gently warm or completely cooled down.
