Vit B12 is vital for those who are over 40 and a must for those who are over 50. Its hard to obsorb so you need to take a reliable source of it. B12 deficiency can affect your memory as well as your heart function.
I took a multivitamin for a few years, but then I realized that I felt the same with or without it, so I stopped. I have been taking a low-dose aspirin daily for the past 30 years. The aspirin is probably unnecessary, but my father was told to take one after heart problems, so I do the same. My blood work is good except for cholesterol, but even the cholesterol is within the recommended limit. I do exercise and eat a fairly healthy diet.

Well, they claim 75% of people are deficient in vitamin D so I would say if you take a supplement you're probably on the right track and most likely somewhat deficient

Is any treatment is required for me ? Please reply sir.
Has nothing to do with sleep for me. I need it because weight lifting causes DOMS, delayed onset muscle soreness, very late at night just before I am going to wake up, meaning severe leg cramps. So bad, to stop it, I have to wake up and walk around holding onto furniture. I won't stop any time soon by itself. Magnesium negates the severity and over a month of it, it virtually all goes away.
It depends on what you need it for and certain forms have different absorption rates. Ex. Oxide low absorption while Glycinate and citrate much higher. Mag. Oxide is for the most part a waste.
Vit D is one of those strange ones, because under normal circumstances you shouldn’t need to take it. You body produces it itself when you spend some time outside during the day, which is something we should all do. If you have severe mobility issues, sitting next to an open window helps as well
Who made this list... multi vitamin is not on my list yikes 😊 Vit D is incomplete without D3+K2 Also which formula of Magnesium is listed Each has Specific performance
Do You Really Know Where Your Vitamin D Comes From? Everyone talks about the benefits of vitamin D, but have you ever wondered where it really comes from? Most vitamin D supplements from algae, lichen, and sheep wool are chemically extracted and purified, stripping away all the other nutrients from the whole food source, making them almost identical to synthetic versions. Only whole mushrooms and sometimes cod liver oil (though cod liver oil also contains high levels of vitamin A, which requires careful consideration) provide the full, natural package. Shouldn't we be more curious about what we're putting in our bodies?
If you have endless runny nose, mucus, allergies, then it is NAC and Quercetin and in 45 minutes it is over and you go on with your day. No drowsiness side effect. Real game changer for me.

Also look at your diet if you don't eat any fish or omega 3 containing foods, then you could probably benefit from omega 3 .

Magnesium is high on the list because sleep is fked up for most people.
