This was the first song I ever heard by Crae and I was shocked to learn there were Christians that could rap well. Ever since then I tried putting God in my music and that led to me being saved with how close I became to God. Praise God beyond belief for Crae, really.

John Blaze They could be, but I saw no fruits of the spirit :/ Im in no way judging their faith or saying they dont have it, but all their actions and songs never really reflected Christ in my eyes. Remember, a Christian isn't someone who just goes to church or reads the bible or talks about God, it is someone saved through the blood of Christ and repents of their sins. Don't get them confused brother.
John Blaze God says they he will push us to do good works once we are saved, so if they don't practice Christianity and or live out the bible were they saved at all? Still, I'm in no place to speak on their behalf of their faith. If they are saved I look forward to seeing them in heaven with the father, but otherwise their fruits of the spirit are not visible by what they have done and or do.

Its old to us but its new to people who haven't heard it. the only thing that may let a person know this is older is the hook because the beat is very different you can't tell if the production is old or new. Every song out today doesn't have a trap beat plus trap music has ran its course that style is getting played out people could think this is just a new sound.

Classic!!! "After The Music Stops" was my first CHH CD. I remember in 2007 trying to find some hip hop at a Christian bookstore. I was in the store for almost an hour with headphones on listening to every CHH artist in alphabetical order. I got to L and this album was listed under a dude I've never heard of named Lecrae. This song came on and I was sold! It was a cut above everything else I was listening to. I didn't even bother searching for any other music.
The one he created, the one he became a man and died for, the one he still watches over even though you don't give one diddly squat about him or anything he has to say or done for you. The one he's trying to reach right now against all odds with his arm wide open and nothing held against you once you accept him in your life and live for him. That's the reason why my god is real, because once you live for him there's no way you can deny that he exist and cares about you that much.
