Mad props to whoever designed this costume. It was one of the best Halloween costumes designed in all the sets, but it DID NOT win the developers award when it came time. If memory serves me correctly they chose Marie Rose and Honoka (obvious bias), Lisa, Christie (why? Has a costume similar already), Ayane (inspired but still a pirate costume) and Leifang. I would have given this one an award over any of those for sure.
