I surprised my parents and I convinced my homegirl, Lizzy, to help!! That's right, we gave my parents a serious home decor upgrade without breaking the bank. We shared some of our interior design hacks that can instantly transform your space without spending a ton of money. I always love a good design hack!
Listen, my mom was kind of unsure of this process in the beginning. My parents had to really give up control for this to work, which wasn't super easy for them but the payoff was amazing!

Jessica looks so much happier in this video compared to her last one and it's so nice to see Lizzy is such a good friend and for them to be there for each other. I can see where Jessica gets her personality and attitude from they seem to be so much alike they probably butt heads a lot but as mother and daughter it's probably lots of love between them.

If it is difficult to let go a way this has helped my daughter is tell your item thank you and let it go. May sound funny but it worked and my daughter holds on to everything! Bless her heart 💖

Looks so much lighter and brighter, uplifting. Curious though, as to the reason they didn't raise the curtains to the ceiling instead of the rod being even with the top of the television. Causes the illusion that the ceiling is lower than it is.

She couldn’t let go of the clutter. Sadly, i had to wait until she passed away to remodel the house. I wish she can see how beautiful it looks now. 😪

Think this was a beautiful video, and I absolutely adore you Jessica;however, I think you should follow through on your drive for more sustainability in the world. Less plastic and less Amazon… I think we all need to really stop over buying. For sure “do not hold on to what you do not need” but we don’t need to buy more stuff. Do a video shopping from beautiful antique shops or second hand stores… let’s start making that a way to shop

Thanks for sharing! Very sweet of you to get new stuff for your parents! They deserve it! Maybe next time you can buy them a house next to you or build one on your property.
