Smart 51D can print on RFID Card / Smart Card Chip Card / Magnetic Stripe Card?

Hi, I have the following problem: on a brand new IDP Smart-51 with an original IDP ribbon, it doesn't print properly on the cards with a shinny surface. You can see that it's trying to print, because the characters are somewhat visible on the card's surface; the characters have the same color as the card's surface and they are only pressed on the card, not printed. If I use an abrasive cloth to make the shinny card surface less shinny, it prints properly. Can someone help me, please? Thank you for your time!
