I've been with my company for 10 years and just started getting 3 weeks vacation. We had a meeting yesterday and was told that we should make ourselves available when we're on vacation. Mind you we're not in the health industry or first responders. That meeting yesterday validated things for me. It's time to leave. Love your videos so much. It really depends on where you work but you do have to be there a minute to get the extra time. I get 4 1/2 weeks vacay that I have to use or lose every year with an additional 2 weeks that can roll over to the next year. They give the 41/2 weeks after 15 years of service...

I'm glad you're doing fashion because it was hard for me to find fashion for 40+ without the crazy stereotyped rules, e.g. someone over 40 shouldn't wear a bikini, so I say "why not". I want to wear updated fashion not see Youturbers judged me because I'm blessed with aging.
My mother wore bikinis into her 70s and looked great in them. She kept her model's figure all her life so why should she not wear what she wanted and what looked good on her? She's now in her mid 80s and still does whatever the hell she wants. The rules are wack.

I'm glad you're doing fashion because it was hard for me to find fashion for 40+ without the crazy stereotyped rules, e.g. someone over 40 shouldn't wear a bikini, so I say "why not". I want to wear updated fashion not see Youturbers judged me because I'm blessed with aging.

My mother wore bikinis into her 70s and looked great in them. She kept her model's figure all her life so why should she not wear what she wanted and what looked good on her? She's now in her mid 80s and still does whatever the hell she wants. The rules are wack.
