This app was most likely created using aspects of live2d, there are lots of similarities, like with the bone feature and movement.

FINALLY I FOUND AN ENGLISH TUTORIALL TYSM I'VE BEEN SEARCHING THIS LIKE FOREVERRR 😭😭
Heyo something that really bothered me was that whenever I was clicking a bone it either rotates or moves like it would be random for me i wouldn't know whether it would rotate or move that's when I realized I have to use the little circle in the bone to move it and the stick part to rotate it so just putting it out there for those who are also frustrated by this.
Another thing that frustrated me that made me think this doesn't work was that whenever i move a body part sometimes other parts move with it as well. I soon realized that I have to set a parent for each body part. So to do that, click on the torso bone before adding each upper arm bone and thigh bone. For lower part of legs, the parent bone is the thigh bone and for the lower part of the arms, the parent bone is the upper arm bone. If your OC has back hair, like mine, then the parent should be the head bone. If you're OC has a ponytail (or bun), then it should also have head bone as its parent. If you have back hair a ponytail (or bun), then the ponytail's parent should be the back hair and then the back hair's parent should be the head bone.

@@gacha_athsteixs2254 make sure that u are careful in the ibis paint x part. To check if u have any extra white bits, use another background option for a transparent background.h can use the magic wand to remove those bits ir use the eraser. Hope this helped!

Doing this with gray screen is much better, I also suggest that you put your character behind and lower the opacity of the character when you are putting the body parts on the character. Sorry if I explained it bad -_- Good tutorial btw ^^

This works pretty great! I haven't been able to do my full animation yet because flamingo doesn't work well on my computer as it is a chromebook. So it keeps saying the Flamingo Animator has stopped and then when I press wait (i have a choice between wait or close app or send feedback) it takes me back to the flamingo home and when I go back to my animation project, most of the body parts are at the top of the screen instead of in order to form the body. But at least i have been able to do one animation and it works so thank you for this! i really appreciate it!
