I can't stand most of TV personality chefs but I think Jamie is awesome. 10 years ago when I was going through a nasty divorce and struggling being a single dad of two, I was so angry about the school lunch program and at that time Jamie was really going to bat to improve the nutrition of the lunch program for the kids. it was just nice to have somebody else sharing my frustrations with how disgusting the food was in the schools. Just giving Jamie a shout out!

I've made this one, minis the chutney, and it's one of my favorite recipe's to date. I also fell in love with HP sauce, and found that it's a little better than A1 sauce here in the states. The difference is HP uses dates and A1 uses raisins, other than that the recipe is practically the same.. HP is better in my humble opinion.

Ok, I used red onions, ground beef, garlic, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, Pilsen beer, potatoes, mussarela, parsley and spring onion (both chopped), but didn't make it into balls. Made a hole in a French loaf, made what we call in Brazil a buraco quente, "hot hole". Simply amazing!
