I wouldn't say impossible, just unlikely. The P5R port is based on the Korean release (I think it's Korean, it might be a nearby country where the uniform is still controversial), there's still a typo on a sign in the Joker/Akechi showtime that was only present in that release afaik.

For me this game would be impossible to be ported knowing that atlus removed it from P5R pc port
yeah i think theres way to much work arounds there gonna have to do to get it released
