How to customise difficulty settings in Stationeers - Removed by devs/No longer works

This no longer works after Devs removed it.
Just a quick explainer on how to change the difficulty setting in a save and how to get the perfect balance to your play style.

Wow, the devs removed this file from the folder, so people can't change this anymore. Many people asked to have the bar back on the menu, to setup how they wanted the rate for hunger and thirst, instead of listening to the community, they went there and made it so nobody can change it. Disgusting...

Yep...the DEVS are cucksuckers for certain. I'm about to just delete this POS from my Steam Library.

This is the main reason I stopped playing Stationeers. I did try a month ago but the flame has gone.
