I like how Louise just smiles behind the counter while watching things go wrong, occasionally interjecting in attempt to make things slightly worse. I think the most noticable change on this show is how Louise changed from doing constant small actions that sow random chaos with no other goal, to purely methodical scheming and only acting to reach specific goals. And additionally, her goals have tended to move from simply being self-serving to now more regularly enforcing her idea of justice or fairness for herself and others (with the conflict being that this tends to not exactly align with what anyone else really wants or what is right, initially).

I've said this elsewhere, but what I love about the food critic is that he's not just a snarky guy doing his job, he's an honest-to-goodness bully and coward. He's basically an internet troll without the internet: he writes mean things for the sake of being mean while hiding behind a facade so he doesn't have to answer for them. It may be the only time I've ever seen a bullying story where both the bully and the victim are adults, and it shows how much more difficult it is for adults TO deal with their own bullies.
It's also one of the few times I've seen an anti-bullying story that says "Be the bigger person" while showing how that's easier said than done.
They also showed the dine and dasher which was a low key bully episode and how the guy likes the burgers so much he comes back apologizes but they end up duct taping him under their conditions for him to eat there 😂
Really if people stopped being arrogant they can enjoy things as seen in both episodes as the food critic guy eventually does try the burger and thinks it tastes really really good

@@servantofthelivinggod6192 Not true. Any mixing of milk and meat is not kosher. In most restaurants, even a normal hamburger would not be kosher, because it isn't made from a cow that was slaughtered in the kosher way.
A real Hasidic Jew would not enter Bob's Burgers, he would enter a burger shop with kosher certification. But this is just a costume the food critic is wearing anyway, so it doesn't matter!

Not all Jew adhere to a strict kosher diet nor only patronize kosher certified restaurants or ingredients. That's like saying all Muslim will only consume halal certified products because guess what, loads of ingredients and F&B establishments in the world are neither kosher nor halal certified.
