Try not leaning the gun over so far, only lean it about 10 degrees. And keep the tip closer to your work maintaining about 1/2" - 3/4" of stick out at most. And buy a can of anti-spatter spray to minimize the "BB's". PAM cooking spray will work in a pinch also. It seems like you have your wire speed figured out for that machine, these welders all vary and differ in actual wire speed but once you find the sweet setting, they will do a decent job. On mine, it welds best on MAX/6-7 and MIN/3-4. It looks like you're on the right track though, practice makes perfect!
When you watch your puddle with flux core. Try not to get too far out in front of your puddle. You want to hold it right in the middle. It will take practice, but you will see a perfect little pocket when you go on down the line with your weld bead.
I have the same welder and mask, ive been trying and failing at getting good welds. I've been running the feed at a little over 2, but seeing that you doing 5 moving that slow and it works, i cant wait to try it...thanks.
Anti spatter spray; Never knew there was such a thing that's something to add to my list. I swapped the ground clamp on mine out for a heavy duty clamp (the brass colored Berger on at harbor freight $15) my penetration now makes me look like a master!!!! Decent progression though, experiment with a higher weld angle, I would also recommend taking the MIG tip off the gun, so you can better see the tip and stick out and generally get a better view on the artifact you are welding. The angled black tip from the green “Titanium” MIG welder at harbor freight fits and allows good visual if you want a tip on there, you don’t need it though. The better ground clamp was like magic for penetration though. Someone else can explain the “why”, I got that tip from another video where the guy shows what to use and how to get more penetration from simply a better conductive ground material. It looks like your holding the mig gun at to much of an angle. Typically with mig/flux wire welding you want to hold that gun at about a 10 degree angle, while using a cursive e pattern to stay in front of your puddle as it builds up. You also want a stick out of the tip,so try pushing that cone back or just take it off. You want the tip generally about 1/8” to 3/16” from your work piece. Your tip is more than likely to far back from the cone and it’s burning to hot, causing splatter. You want that splatter inside your bead,so with a little more practice you will have it mastered. Use the beveled end of your chipping hammer to bust loose the BB’s as soon as your done with the weld and clean it up with a good full size wire brush. I always wear safety glasses under my welding helmet,so no splatter or slag flies up and hits me in the eyes. Just a little tip from an old school welder. Keep stacking them beads my man!
Setting on max and wire speed at 4 to 5 ok i got give that a try ...because my beads are not laying down....so i guess my voltage isnt high enough and my wire feed is way to low....im poppin corn instead on fryin bacon....

As long as the frames are 1/4 in or less you're good. Just drag the weld slowly. Fluxcore is nearly as strong as stick at a given diameter.

Do you need to have a 240volt outlet to run this welder?
Nope, just 120v is all that’s needed

I'm not sure...but as a former pro welder.... you need to push instead of pull the stinger.
Mainly with dual shielded fluxcore. Non gas fluxcore gives the same properties as stick welding it's better to pull the weld.

How can I avoid all those tiny bbs???
How much hose length is on this one? Anyone who has one can answer. Thanks.

Clean your work price and maybe turn down the wire speed just a bit and go buy a can of a anti spatter and that will reduce spatter alot.
