In BOPP film manufacturing process we use granules of polypropylene also known as polypropylene chips having MFI nearer to 3.0 feed in silo from there according to required pass through dosing system to melt extruder Melt filter & goes through die to chill roll casting unit after that pass film through MDO where film strech in machine direction after that pass through TDO where film stretch in transverse direction after that film pass through PRS where trim separate & film treated according to required then wind film in core on winder
