I always love how Sam says stuff like, “wow these forks are soooo thin. Imagine if they just came off. That would be sooo scary. Lets go shred even harder on a new trail thats more techy!” 😂😂😂😂😂🤘🤘4:08 Then he notices how the bike is barely held together, but still continues to ride like he’s 100 mph🤣
Back when I was a nipper and just before the BMX craze we would often make a ''Scrambler bike'' up here in Scotland it was a big wheel on the front and small wheel on the back, Sooo kind of like the trail motorbikes, anyWHO's my sisters bike was up in the attic and she didn't bother with it much so I retrieved it and used many of the spare parts I needed in order to fabricate my new Scrambler. Shortly after that my sister and her friends suddenly had an idea to go for a cycle so she asked my Dad to get her bike down from the attic and service it before the cycle ride with her friends, MMMmmmm wasn't much of it left sadly and that Summer I discovered what the word ''Grounded'' meant, well back then in the late 80's it was just called ..........................YOUR KEPT IN BOY! But yeh these days it's called ''Grounded'' I broke my Scrambler after I was liberated but I'm pretty sure I still hold the record for jumping the most beer barrels at the rear of the Thistle Social club in East Kilbride 14 Barrels but I might have added 2 for story affect.

Didn't have any purpose built tracks in the seventies but we had Hollow Ponds (place) and the good news was that it was directly opposite Whoops Cross A&E
Sam!!! Consider getting a welder to fix that bike. Maybe weld in a super bodged top tube. It will look horrible but ride ace. Also, strengthen the frame up in other areas, e.g. head tube gussets. Nothing fancy, heath robinsonish. Fit a better fork. Maybe keep those bars if seem ok. Would be awesome, as that bike rode great. Could it come back from the dead? A true Frankenstein! I know you read all your comments, would love to see it.
Love to see you put a Cannondale lefty fork old or new doesn't really matter, onto one of your free bikes and ride it to destruction. Just because I know you could 😁. Keep up the great work Sam and team. "Send it"🤘
Of course more free biking I love this series so much. I have my own channel and I do not watch anyone else on UA-cam becaUse I’m too busy. But when Sam uploads I always make time because it’s an instant mood uplifted and makes me smile and laugh contagiously.
Sam really needs a "removeable top tube" that he can attach to ladies bikes to give them structural integrity... And then sell it in his shop as "Lady Bike Stage 1 Performance Upgrade".
@Stable Genius {Jihad} bro i am not trying to fight with you but having a mistake is normal you don't have to be perfect which is impossible to achieve
I'm sat here smiling all the way through! You make me re-live the glory days of my riding life. We used to rebuild bikes into what we named 'the beast' it'd be a bike for anyone without one to ride. Mk.1 was a BMX with triple clamps - 20” back wheel, 26" front and a backrest on the seat.... Ahh nothing like an oily youth!
Sam: "Kind of scary because it only have one part of frame there, very thin connections to the weld points, and the skinniest fork I've ever seen..." Also Sam: "Bicycle go brrrrrr!!!!!"
@@ewan_young I got a 7 speed SRAM one attached to a bike (gripshift is better for hubs IMO) for £40, so they are out there. I'm not sure how they would hold up while mountain biking, but for a commuter bike, it works well. Only downside being you have to stop pedalling to change gear.
I love how the free bike challenge just shows that Sam can shred anything and everything... until the frame bends in half that is
Yes more free bike challenge 😉👍👍
Thats what sam does best
True though!!
Talk about riding till the wheels fall off 😂
I find it alternately inspirational and depressing. Using a granny bike, the guy tears up a flow track harder than I can with a $4k trail bike.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!
Sam Pilgrim: draaaapin
Just because you shouldn’t doesn’t mean you can’t. 😂
You fudging made my day man I was laughing my @$$ off
Love how the ladies bike is so progressive...
it gets lower and slacker the harder you send it, until it folds!
He actually shredded that I did not expect that 🤘
always does

Man, it's a Peugeot - solid bike!
Turn the Apollo into a Slopestyle machine and take it to a contest
Yes!!!
Sam is a true professional. He can shred on anything until the frame breaks in half
Very original
Chain breaker gets me every time 🤣🤣🤣
Sam is the MAN!! Shreds on anything and everything!! Shred on!!
Sam... you have shown me, that one should never complain about the bike we ride. just ride the hell out of it! nice work dude!

This is my fav series ever
this shows that you do not need a good bike to have fun
Just one per session
...if you're as skilled as Sam...
@Arianit Krasniqi yeah I know! Would love to be but wouldn't ever pretend to be
You need good traild tho
@Arianit Krasniqi that's true I'm still rolling round on a sub 1k hardtail having a great time!
"resume the excitement"

That ladies bike is like a fighter jet, it has variable geometry 😂
Its the new Canyon Strive with next-gen shapeshifter
Yeah, the geometry has been improved drastically - the slack head angle and steep seat tube angle like in a modern DH bike :-D
So do my pants

The frame geometry on the Apollo Furious is a thing of beauty.
Sam "The Mechanic" get's me everytime, it's hilarious. I also like your older more serious Tips&Tricks videos.
“This is not the most comfy floor to land on” - probably because it’s concrete... 😂😂

Thanks for more laughs. Be careful with Peugeot. Even having a Peugeot bicycle near your van may cause it misfire and not start.
If someone ever sais that their bike isn’t good enough to do something I’m just going to show them this video
The free bike videos are the best. Watching this brings me nothing but pure joy.
Flare it... FLARE IT !! The bowl was screaming for a freeb flair
Sam, your videos literally make me LOL. You always seem to be having such a genuine great time and enjoying life.
Cheers.
I love this editing so much... Great job man! Love it!

Sam sees ladies bike

It's not the bike that's awesome Sam, it's you! 😁 I love how you can shred any bike and have lots of fun with everything...you're just epic! 👏🏻
sam:"let's shred on my new bike, IT'S THE DREAM"
sam pulls out a broken ladies bike and shred the gnar.

This made my day!😎
This is by far the best channel I've found in so long. Thanks for the sweet videos bro! So much fun
I love how Sam can ride any bike like it's a DH beast.
I don't know why I always have a big smile on my face when I watch you videos. You inspired me to buy my first mtb.
Know its gonna be a banger as soon as i got the notification
Very entertaining. Thanks for sharing Sam!!!
Have a good day every one this is a sick video sam
This is literaly one the funniest videos you've made this year! Well good mate!
When you see that sam is better on a lady bike than you are on you're own bike
Sooo good! You are a magician with bikes! I do not know why I ordered my first fully today, once I see you with the Ladybike. Unbeliveble skill!!!
That moment when Sam proves he is faster than you on trails even with a ladies cruiser bike no matter what you ride
Best ever at riding anything under the sun. go get em and bend em!!!!!! keep it up Sam, YOU ARE THE BEST
Lest gooooo been waiting for this all day and I know it’s gunna be epic 👌🏻
sam your energy and humour is brilliant!😃👍👍 so sick
Sam: "Kind of scary because it only have one part of frame there, very thin connections to the weld points, and the skinniest fork I've ever seen..."
Also Sam: "Bicycle go brrrrrr!!!!!"
That’s not a chain breaker! This is a chain breaker!! Keep bringing the fun while sending it Sam. Thanks from Tasmania Australia
A bigger wheel in the rear looks actually good.
Yes Sam, that bike is a beast and deserves the full setup and an airbag sesh!
Sam making everyone feel inadequate at every free bike video
You’ve put a smile on my face. And highlighted my skills are rubbish.
“Lucky enough I have a chain breaker”

I like the free bike challenge because it shows that any bike can shred🤙🏻
what, it's got a rolhoff that hub gear system costs 1000 pounds !!!
and why is the freehub cliking and there is no chain ??
It’s probably got a 3 speed hub by Sturmey Archer/SACHS(SRAM), which are super cheap online.
Rolhoff? 😂😂😂
lol Rolhoff didnt create the internally geared hub. They just make the best ones

LOL "YOU CAN LITTERLY SHRED THE GNAR" GREAT LINE SAM!!!!
Whaha amazing video. Found a cannabis farm in last video😱😱
This was funny to watch 🤣. I like sams humour and the thing he says :)
So me and my friends were discussing about this earlier and didn’t dare to hit it 🤣
You’re a legend. I had to watch this one again with a mate. Pissed ourselves laughing 😂
Watch from 13:56 onward at 0.5 speed. Thank me later

i am broken, that is so funny, this might be the standard way to watch Sam - dooooooommage
Absolutely LOL'ing! Great work 😂🤙🏻
trying to get hearted by the Californian surfer
Fun stuff, enjoying loads of these videos, cheers.
Shredding a road bike on an MTB trail is like Shredding a road vehicle on a rally track while it's stock.
This honestly never gets old. Love the vids
17:10 some dude carrying his dog to the park haha
Literally the best series ever :D
When you beat on things with tools or rocks you can call it "percussive maintenance" lmfao
Build that beast up with a free coaster and 26 front done. So good Sam!
I need to remember to put a rock in my tooklit
Oh yeah of course!
Sam has them in stock.....Pilgrocks !
Perfect illustration of some one with epic skills.
Can't blame the bike folks.
I’m at the point in time where the comment section is full of people saying FIRsT
Sam your the funniest guy ever. Can literally shred anything 🤣🤣 Mouse trap activated.
absolutely love your free bike videos. keep on droppin
Yeehhh so nice...best...🌲🌲🌲✊😎
Cracking up at that first bike! You are crazy!!
The quick meditation really worked! I think you should have a quick meditate every time you face the Doomage! TO THE SKYYYY! 🤘
I love this channel cuz he shows how a simple bike can do this kind of thing
imagen if they come off... but they haven't!!! heck yeah, that's the spirit !!!
cheers to you man!

Great video as usual! I think the Peugeot deserves to be made back in shape, then reinforced with a horizontal bar.
perfect example of Rider not bike... so knar sam love it!!!!
Your videos are so fun , keep up the positive vibes!
Wow, amazing! It doesn't matter what kind of bike you ride.
