as a gojo main i want to correct few things in the video 1: don't flick your camera when you're doing rapid punches just turn of shiftlock and start spinning around using "w a s d" (it's really easy to do and doesn't confuse you as much like the shiftlock flicking) 2: in the video you forgot to put ways to make red and blue true after m1s, you just have to do the 4 m1s or downslam/uppercut (downslam and uppercut recomended due to thouse 2 having more ragdoll time than the 4 m1s) 4: rapid punches on wake up is avoidable if you have a character with a counter, you just have to have better wake up timing or spam the counter key (4 for itadori and R for hakari) 3: this is not a correction but more like a recomendation, don't use R after twofold, is not really used becouse the follow ups are not that great like blue R, so just use it if your blue is out of cooldown (and somehow you didn't use tp with it) , so it's just used in really specific cases 4: don't do any of gojo's ult moves while not airborn (exept hollow purple if they are in a good distance from you and domain ofc) they will likelly get cancelled and punished with a combo, even if you really wanna go for black flash i recommend still doing it on the air becouse is not as hard as it seems thanks if you read all of my yapp session lol

@@randomt800kiddo2 there is a key in your keyboard that has the "F" letter written on it, guess what it does?, block, something that gives you a free combo after that if they do 3 m1s red/blue. Also just use twofold to make them waste evasive so you can do this freely (not thinking of making your opponent waste his evasive like you did this is very bad) and also get one m1 worth of damage there (and you can extend when the oponnent is in the air either by your means, an uppercut or by them juts using evasive on your blue) anyways thanks for reading my yapp yapp session

I get what you mean, the main reason I say it has no combo potential is because yeah, none of the combos are true, the worst part yet, is that if an opponent is not bad, they will realize they can punish your moves with ragdoll cancels, and attack while you are on endlag of the move. I main Gojo, and I have noticed myself that no good player will ragdoll cancel immediately, and I get forced back to square one, since I canno't follow up without being punished. I caught up to this and just decided that Gojo is not really viable against players for this reason. About being Balanced, I think it's far WAY TOO exaggerated balanced, no matter if you are skillful, it's just doesn't have potential at all compared to other characters.
greatly said! yeah, thats also true. characters like yuji or hakari have some great extenders that do not let opponents to ragdoll cancel - itadori can even bust every move, and his combo will be inescapable. guess Gojo just needs some better combo extender moves like Yuji's cursed strikes. combine it with every move that Gojo can start his combo with, and we'll get a character with insane potency
@@toniarcilla6591if they don’t rag roll cancel, you can either use a ranged move like reversal red (with the option to teleport) or take that time to put yourself in a better position, and after your moves you can immediately dash and block
@@malkyonblox unfortunately none of the options you mentioned work, Red Reversal & Teleport Red both have enough endlag for them to ragdoll cancel torwards you and attack you, Teleport Red can be quicker, but let's remember you are getting close to them and ragdoll cancel gives some s on get up. most of the moves have too much endlag for you to be allowed to dash and block (you can manage to do it, but still be caught up with an attack from them). And going for distance will just allow for your opponent to block your red.
@@toniarcilla6591 eh id still take the chip damage from dashing back and using red, being patient with gojo after knocking down is key. you can go to their ragdolled body and theyll probably think youre going to use twofold kick so if they use dash recovery, you get to obliterate their healthbar the next time u get ur hands on them, and if they dont, knocking them into the air with twofold kick gives you time to recover from the endlag yourself if they decide to use dash recovery in the air. i have an easy time using gojo personally

I like to rate characters based on their base mainly since it’s the way to get their momentary buff. Megumi without awakening (base), is 100% F tier, 2/10. Everything Tze did to try balancing the character was wrong, I wouldn’t worry much though, since when players get to play it for free they will realize how difficult is to get their so wanted awakening with that underwhelming base move set.
Gojo is busted, you use evasive and its over, 3 m1s, rapid punches, lapse blue, r while they are in air, twofold kick, reversal red. True combo if they dont got evasive, and even if they dont 2 of gojos moves can just be thrown out on a whim. Hes not a bad char, your a bad gojo user, like how im a bad yuji main now that black flash doesnt true combo into crushing blows

i think a deserved buff for gojo would be to make twofold kick not ragdoll the opponent, or to make the second hit not guaranteed after the first so you could flick your camera and combo extend
Bad character? 1) He has more health than Yuji, Megumi and i think Hakari and Mahito, im not sure. If you're Yuji and you dont use m1+dash combo extend, you will have to do minimum 3 combos to kill Gojo. After black flash was nefed, you can even get ragdoll punished after black flash. 2) No combo potential? He can literally combo extend from any moove to any moove except reversal red. He can't be easily ragdoll punished. You can punish Yuji after black flash, Hakari after fever breaker or this green sweaty thing, you can punish Megumi for frog and rabbit escape if done right and you can punish Mahito for some for body repel spam or if some mooves are done incorrectly. Of course you can ragdol punish Gojo after some mooves, but it doesn't mean Gojo sucks, just bait your opponent to use evasive 3) Damage. Insane damage, if you fight Yuji, he wastes his evasive after you do rapid punches and you hit him with m1s again, he is dead. Gojo's 4 mooves deal 80% of Yuji's HP or even more, just be sigma and land rapid punches in the end. Sorry for 1 gigabyte of text, i tried to explain my point of view as much as i can. Gojo is fine. It's a pretty good baseline level of strength for other characters to reference. If it were buffed, it would probably end up OP.
