I took a video of them to shame them, but their mum thought I was amused. Right after they finished singing, I shushed them loudly and said some unspeakable stuff to them. They slunk away. When visiting animals, we should show respect. At the most, we whisper. The best is to observe quietly. You can make noise and discuss after you leave the area. PRCs should practise empathy.
