Kudos for giving Shpongle a chance.. pretty rare to find on UA-cam. I'm a pretty big fan of them, but I admit this album wasn't my favorite. In general, this is pretty much what Shpongle is -- they grew out of the Goa Trance scene of the early to mid '90s, and are usually described as as a mix of psychedelic, world, trance, ambient and electronic music. My favorite albums are Tales of the Inexpressible (which contains my favorite tune: Once Upon the Sea of Blissful Awareness) and Nothing Lasts... But Nothing Is Lost.
I feel like most people who are OG shpongle fans find this album to be their least fav. I started on this so its deff one of my favs

This band brings so many journeys within all their albums (there is a progression from first to last song) that it's hard to propose a banger, they have many and with great variation of melody. I'll just name some bangers(one from several of their albums) and nevertheless you would find them very interesting and be more surprised than with this one thus maybe choose one as i can't difference/appropriate them by any means: How the Jellyfish Jumped up the Mountain; My Head feels like a Frisbee; Behind Closed Eyelids; Dr. Vinklestein Says; Empty Branes; etc. ...;
BUT i think a special place for every shpongle fan would be these, thus maybe choose from these 2: "I Am You"; "The 7th Revelation".. and to a certain extent " The God Particle". Easter egg(different tone than the rest, very warm): "I Woke up as a Schllumutz".
Shpongle is one of my favorites 🙂 how the jellyfish jumped up the mountain off this album is great as well 🙂
hey man this is from a guy from Ghost Toast, a guy whose video you just reacted upon recently. now, shpongle and simon posford is something else man, and i could give a semester of stuff on how this is above everything else in the world. but i appreciate that i see a reaction to our video and to something done by somebody that is actually a hero of mine. But hey. Let me give you this one thing - if you liked my band (and you SAID you did so it's your fault :D) please check out my man Ott and his song The Aubergine of the Sun, as this is what my humble self considers one of the best songs in the world ever created. And thanks for your work my man please keep it up and tons of respect and something something.

I see the instruments behind you, so I assume you're a musician. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend you give a listen to Shpongle's live performances, with the full band. So much better than studio recordings. It is a complete journey in itself.
I really enjoy watching people discover Shpongle for the first time. But as other commenter have mentioned. This isnt their strongest album imo. This leans abit more into the Rave/EDM scene, where as their older stuff is much more "Psychedelic World Music" - Alot more instrumental and heavy layered. Very complex stuff thats very interesting to listen to. I hope you give them another chance :) Very good video still.

Most means more than 50% and majority means that it is the largest within a group. For example if 30% of people preferred vanilla icecream, 30% of people preferred chocolate icecream, and 40% of people had no preference then you could say that the majority of people had no preference vanilla or chocolate icecream but to say that most people have no preference would be incorrect.
