redfin fishing western victoria

Today we are chasing the best tasting freshwater fish around, Down at one of the many crater lakes western victoria has on offer, This lake is only small but packs a punch in the size of fish it holds.
You can tangle with some up to 50cm redfin, monster size trout both browns and rainbows just to name a few, the lake is a fishermans paradise, during summer it gets down to about 50cms at the boat ramp so you need to be careful, Fishing out of a yak is perfect for this lake as its only small and has relatively low boat traffic. plus its not well known.

one of many lakes down that way that hold good populations of redfin, they all pretty much fish the same way.

It’s always annoying when you so called fishing gurus won’t even tell people where you’re fishing..
I mean honestly if it’s such a big secret then perhaps you should not even bother wasting peoples time posting videos that are not informing viewers where they can find a new fishing spot

There are plenty of fishing spots around the crater lakes where you can get Redfin from, Lake purrumbette being one of them, this was just one of those lakes. If you watch similar content from other You-tubers, you will see we are fishing at lake Elingamite. only really accessible by kayak or small boat. You don't have any bank access to fish this lake, pretty sure i actually said it in one of my other video's. Not once have I ever said I was a fishing Guru. But i will take that compliment.
