I have come to the conclusion that Ryan is in fact a wizard an he’s simply casting one of those confusion charms on the cops or is putting a muggle repelling spell on his vehicle.
Buggs pursuit was probably the most intense pursuit I have ever seen on OCRP. Like no disrespect to Ryan, the getaway king but typically he just loses the cops. But for buggs they stuck with him for such a long time despite how quick he was driving and that made it so intense

You guys should do another getaway challenge on the new server with slow vehicles (lawn mowers, mopeds, airport tugs etc.) but use torque multipliers.
