First lady superstar in Bollywood, Sridevi has passed away following a massive cardiac arrest in Dubai at the age of 54. Along with her husband Boney and younger daughter Khushi, Sridevi had travelled to the emirate to attend actor Mohit Marwah's wedding. The actress' death has sent shock waves across the nation with Bollywood fans in India and abroad mourning her sudden loss. Her mortal remains will be brought to Mumbai in a private jet by 8PM today.

Most of us knew nothing about bollywood but SRI DEVI and she brought bollywood to Sri Lanka.

Guru, I too am a Srilankan Tamil unlike you I discovered Sridevi only after her death which now makes me guilty and sad. All through am 70 years never discovered her saw Judaii and could not stop crying right through the movie. Watched since then as a retired pensioner almost 75 movies of hers and still can't get her off my mind. Listening and watching reading articles on her I found out that I am in love with a dead Sridevi and not ashamed of it at all praying that one-day wealth will be mine to propagate her name and defend her name forever.
