    That was completely AWESOME! I was impressed with the club exercises by themselves, but adding the balance board and Swiss ball was over the top!
    Very impressive!

    I used to be impressed by this video now I realize that it's not as hard as it seems I do the same with club made of 36 inch rod with 6 lbs of concrete at the end. The gym ball is challenging but it can be achieved in a week. Keep up the good work guys;-)

    Dude! That's nuts! I've ordered a beginner pair but I think I'll hold off on the balancing act. Just at the beginning.

    Thank you for showing the athleticism and coordination that club work can provide.
    I might try the voodoo board, but I was rejected by the "big ball" too hard... too many times.

    Aside from the duh: "Take it slow and with the least amount of weight possible to begin with and go from there" approach, any advice for one who is about to begin this training? (is substituting the 1lb clubs with two bokken with have the weight distributed throughout the whole thing solidly (no extra weight in the handle) but they are 3ft in length, so it'll be a little interesting.) I will then move to 2lb and 4lb[1kg and 2kg],the actual clubs, and so on. Also, I would like to inquire where I could obtain 3kg and higher clubs when it's time to move to the next phase.

    does the club inprove rotator cuff ? or does it have a chance of injury?

    • @Sam-vk8xd
      @Sam-vk8xd 5 років тому

      If you go too heavy and improper practice, Not to mention try to balance on a stability ball, yes it will cause injury.
      If you go light, work on form and keep you feet on the ground, it’s great for shoulder and joint health.

    Functional fitness, and also great of you are a swordsman. The most common weapon in India was the sword. So using these to exercise get your muscles required to operate a sword all pumped up, and built. That way you can apply a lot of force when attaining someone with a sword

    People, please do not do this while trying to balance on a stability ball or whatever. It defeats the purpose. You do not ever need to stand on a ball when training... ever. Just... please.
