- Truly didn't know what to make as my first video so I decided to cover one of my favourite BGMs from one of my favourite games!! I really hope this lives up to the expectations first videos have.

DAW (music program) of choice: FL Studio (Please don't get this as your first daw, I just don't want to invest in a new one lol)
Hours spent on project (Not including transcribing time): 27 hours and 30 minutes
To make sure my covers are as accurate as possible, I partially use splitter software to perfectly recreate bass and drum parts! I'm thinking of making forkable BandLab projects with these separate instrument stems so you can learn said songs on your actual instrument :0

This is actually dev quality. Absolutely insane how this can be done in a software that most people get for free.
FL Studio really isn't anything special, it's just that I've spent an embarrassing amount on virtual instruments 😭😭
POV: You're fighting against Harmony in the middle of Hammerhead Bridge over it in a battle and she brings out this fire remix and you the player say, "okay you win"
Chirpy Chips is easily one of my favorite Splatoon groups. In a series overflowing with creativity and unique sounds, they still manage to bring something super special to the table. If I hop on for a round of turf or something and their music starts playing? It’s instant hype, you know there’s a great match in store. Awesome remix :)
Ah yes, Splatoon 3’s “Blitz It”, and even better than “Blitz It” imo. “No Quarters” has high energy from the get-go and it keeps that energy throughout the entire song, and by extension, the entire match; which not only makes the track a fun listen but it makes the match very hype and exciting.
This remix does a fantastic job of capturing that energy but with a slightly different feel, I love it! Amazing job!!! 👏👏👏
THANK YOU!!!! No Quarters is without a doubt one of the best songs to have come from the Splatoon franchise. It's super fun and energetic as you said, which perfectly fits the gameplay.... If only Harmony was real 😔

Do you recommend buying FL Studio?
To me it really depends on whether you think the workflow suits you. I suggest downloading the unlimited free trial to check for yourself!
I think the pros come down to a great piano roll (the page where you place the notes), but the rest of the UI requires an umpteen amount of windows to be opened just to get some basic functions.
Is there a version without the vocals?
@@Budgie_Films Technically, yeah! I have a link to a BandLab project you can freely edit where I have all the instruments as seperate channels. You can mute the voice from there :)

Who sang in this?
I used Synthesizer V for the vocals in this thingy! The voicebank (basically a fake voice modelled after a real person) I used is Kasane Teto, based on Oyamano Mayo's voice.
Cool! Don't know why but it sounds kind of real to me
