I was the DJ at a club named The Lighthouse in Nederland Texas in the early 70's. We were way ahead of our time. We had a lighted dance floor similar to this one that pulsated to the music. We were packed full several nights a week. I left in 1976 and then disco exploded with Saturday Night Fever. I have always regretting that I missed out on the disco era. But it was fun and was a great time in my life.
Everything that is nice and fun is either forbidden or goes by quickly, I love 70s music
Going to Miami,Fla during winter and/or spring breaks from college in 78'+79' cruising on Collins Ave listening to this music
Ah, those were the days!!!
I'm 74 and they all made my life more fun and still do.
Great 👍 movie 🎥
This generation of singers can never be forgotten, the 80s were and will always be special
Actually this was late 70s...
My uncle Steven used to look like JT, was also a little bit of a heartbreaker and out doing the Bee Gee strut on a weekly basis in the 80s. God bless the Gibbs and Uncle S, great times x
I grew up as a teenager right on both disco and the beginnings of metal rock. I always loved metal but still couldn't deny the impact of the bee gees☺️
Hello, how’re you doing.?
Hi 👋 there so true I grew up with the bee geese too what a time that was brings back memories and still loving it 🕺❤️😘
Thank you for posting. The 1st track is Night Fever. Saturday Night Fever is the movie.
It was such a wonderful, magical time.. thank goodness for memories!
This music puts me back in the hippie years of the 70's. I loved music and concerts which I went to a lot of them. Let's again ROCK ON!!!
Ever wonder if John Travolta still shakes his ass and does that legendary strut walk when this song is playing . . . If it was me I would . . . And John Travolta could make millions even today doing this to the same music as he did back then .
I’m 53 and I’m glad now I’m not older but I really wish I was old enough in the 70’s to enjoy disco!! Fantastic era and music!!
Travolta really learned his craft very very well as you can see. He never fails to impress the hell out of me. He’s such a natural at what he does it fantastic. He has learned theses dances for this moving and perfected them so smoothly. Great actor
Nothing like the good ole days, dancing the night away to great music!

Legendary ❤️ no more words needed. Bee Gees are still the best ever 💃🕺🏼
This was the first movie I watched in a cinema with my first boy friend, and...what do you guys expect? ...I could'nt watch at all 😂😂😂
Don't blame you, you were hanky panky with your boyfriend. Did you miss a great movie, probably did.
The coolest guy in this dance was Gus, dancing with a cigar in his mouth!!
