Hmmm... if a podiatrist hasn't helped, I'm not sure I can. But this helps me a huge amount because it doesn't allow my achilles to completely relax at night. I've also found stretching my achilles immediately when I wake up helps. Good luck!
Looks like your dogs were trying it on. LOL You need black dogs like our 2. Have you tried holding your foot in ice cold water (until you can't take it any longer) then using a rolling pin to roll your foot back and forth on ? This idea was told to Pam by an Orthopedic Surgeon. She swears it works. Just a thought. Looks like a worthwhile product if the Doc's remedy does not work . P n D

I have pain in my Achilles. Any thoughts? Podiatrist hasn't helped me.
