This scene really had me laughing a lot cause at the end of the day it actually turns out it's all a misunderstanding and his future wife is actually nice 😂❤
Well, nice-ish. Her goal is to find a suitable husband, and if Ars was not sufficient, she would've used him as a stepping stone to find another. However, Ars acting suspicious around her actually worked for her. She believed she couldn't fool him and saw what an honest and beloved person he was. She decides she really wants to be Ars wife and will crush any nobles who mess with him. After all, he's too honest and kind and the nobility is all about deception.
Yeah since he is too nice she will crush everyone that intends to get in his way haha

The thing about "Ambition" is that it isn't inherently evil. We all have hopes, dreams, and goals that drive us. What makes an ambition good or evil is what that goal is and what you'd be willing to sacrifice to see that goal come about. I propose to you that Naruto's dream of becoming the next Hokage is just as powerful an ambition as Griffith's dream of obtaining his own kingdom, a fire that burns just as brightly, but where Griffith would sacrifice anyone to achieve his dream, Naruto never would.
Its the fact that it was also a huge surprise to him that got him on guard. Like if someone who had an extreme talent in assassinations showed up at your bedside. You'd naturally assume haha

@@wasdwasd609 The big thing is that Ars didn't realize that the "ambition" was to find a good husband in order to settle down as a high class couple. Of course, the misunderstanding is part of what caused her to fall for him.

The misunderstanding of her intentions is adorable and her declaration at the end is terrifying.
I mean, it isn't much different from the mood of his other retainers. The irony though is that he was initially afraid of her taking over his territory when later on he entrusts her with watching over his territory while he is away at war (since his father had passed by then) because he knows she'll run it well for his sake.
It's not a misunderstanding at all. She's incredibly dangerous, and if she found him wanting would have destroyed him if that got her a better deal.
But instead she saw his talents, or at least his uncanny ability to gather talented retainers and make them loyal, and decided being his wife would be ideal.
The Japanese media trope of the evil cackle by high ranking characters never gets old.

Nah it’s way too short, it needs more unnecessary detail. It should be something like "I have reincarnated as an aristocrat, but my father engaged me to a competent but ambitious lady that is way too good for me so now I’m being careful but surely she is not evil right?"

He never saw her as evil, just as a potential threat. After all he had no idea what her goals were.

Since I am bored and like grabbing at straws, I just point out your mistakes. Without any information is a wrong statement, because his whole gimmick in this anime is to identify peoples stats. Books cover would be something like her look I guess? So its not it. He made assumption based on her stats and social status. He saw red flag, and got scared of it. Pretty reasonable assumption even if it is not true.
Congratulations, you've identified the central theme of the series. And it only took you 7 episodes, despite being in the title and reiterated every single time something happens. Aren't you clever?

@@LibertyMonk Yes, I did, cuz her high diplomacy and ambition is because for most of her life, she hated her power due to being able read the emotions of others(which were usually of greedy nobles), so she wanted to marry to a powerful noble to get away from that feeling, but when she realized that Ars was wary of her due to his own power, she felt uneasy, so when the 2 of them later on confessed their abilities to each other, she revealed that she truly fell in love with him during their date together because of his sincerity and kindness and how his people love him and how he takes care of them, as well as revealing his goal to make a world where people of all statuses can live a more peaceful life together, and she decided to be support his ambition, and the way the two of them blushed after that confession was adorable!😄
Love how this actually works out for the best. Bit of skepticism just had her more intrigued.

Can anyone explain to me why the rest of the cast has grown into adults but MC is still, what, 12? At most? Big tita here didn't even have breasts yet in the previous episode!
If i remember correctly 3 years has past between episodes and Big tata girl went from 15 to 18 and has been eating a healthy diet and been treated right now (hence the big growth), and Mc went from 6 to 9 so yeah he is still small.
