It was all funded by the University!! I think the total cost was around $200? That was mostly cause since we're a student organization, fees for things like renting the venue and using the projector were covered and free for us :3
@@bilalabyssal7885 It would have probably cost $1000 but most of the stuff was covered by the University. The only thing we paid for was for having some A/V operators do the lights. Everything else like the venue, projector, screen, etc. was all provided by the University free of charge :)
