OMGosh! You are the ONLY one that I've found that has talked about the "Stratagy" of taking advantage of the WA State rules by going inexpensive coverage and then switching as soon as it gets costly for health issues! I even talked with a broker who just went straight to G and said he doesn't even cover GHD because "he doesn't believe in it"! Says it's terrible compared to G & N...even when I told him that I live in Washington State!

From what I understand there's a 3-month waiting period for pre-existing conditions for medigap plans in WA. I started an HDG Dec. 2023 and my insurance company is not applying some physical therapy for a broken wrist to the deductible.

Thanks for the information. If I go with the HDG lets say with Cigna, can I switch at any time to a regular G with a different insurance company without any medical questions? Thank you in advance
