It's interesting to see how much Black Box had to cut from the other versions of the game to make it run on the old hardware of PS2. At least they didn't make an entirely different game and brand it NFS ProStreet. Props for that
And also what’s weird is the 360/ps3 days was a year old yet tried to keep the soul the same on the ps2 version. But once undercover released that’s when it finally fell into the victim of “shovel ware” and not looking like anything. Since the pattern is launch titles + old systems look the same but then a gen becomes a year old and old systems get bastardized
@@MISOFdsraceteam couldn't agree more. At least they did their best with ProStreet. While with Undercover, they made a different game but at the very least tried to follow the narrative to the original game to a certain extent
played it first on ps2 I remember transitioning to xbox 360 and the graphics change was crazy 🤣 those were the days
