Very valuable, balanced opinion, you can see that you have experience! It is hard to find such opinions, especially when we have to decide to buy one car. You have already intrigued me with the comparison to the exotic Hobao 😀 Personally, I also decided to start the 6S adventure on Kagama, but hearing from an experienced user that Kagama is "harder to drive" does not fill me with optimism 😁 Let's not forget about the difference in price. In Poland, I would have to pay +50% more to get Kraton 6S EXB RTR. Given the quality of both cars, this was the only factor that decided my choice.
@@micha3017 wow thanks for the detailed feedback!! Good point about the piece, I focused more on that in the original comparison videos. 50% more is insane though. And you still made a good choice on the Kagama. If that's what you practice on, you will get good with it!
@@ICRC83 In Poland Kagama is a tad bit cheaper than Kraton 6S V5 but already EXB RTR version unfortunately +50%. Most people on YT show mods in the price of the car and for me (at least for now) this is no point of reference. PS. If you were to drive more on a track with smaller jumps - what would you choose Kagama or EXB?
That's a tough one. If you mean like a dirt race track I would still say the EXB Kraton. But neither are great for technical tracks. If you were to say a skatepark I would take the Kagama
I got the Kagama roller, I wanted something different. It is a backflip monster. I turned down the acceleration curve on my transmitter to tame it down. I broke a toe link and a sun gear in the front diff. Other then that is a little animal
Thanks for watching! Sorry to confuse you more. And the nice thing is that I don't think you will be disappointed with either of them! Let me know what you get!
I absolutely love my EXB. It is the finest handling RC I've ever experienced. I mainly run mine on 4s and on 4s backflips. It handles even better and doesn't generate as much heat but the smaller tires give more acceleration. It balances out nicely. On six s it's just a monster. Not saying it's a bad thing
I have a Kraton EXB in my shopping cart. I’ve only ever owned a Typhon 3s. Do you guys recommend I run the Kraton EXB on 4s (longevity) or just buy 6s and keep the throttle down?
@@chrisginoc good question! Personally I would say that it depends on the type of environment you plan to run it in. If it's a relatively small area than a 4S should be just fine. If it's a more spread out area or you want to do big jumps then 6s. 4S is fun at first but for me I always want to go a little faster so 6s is perfect.
I have Kraton but the Kagama is getting my attention for sure.
@@shawnscott9704 right? Hope the video helps!
Team Corally is getting better and better. I don’t think they’ve surpassed Arrma or Traxxas but it’s getting our attention that’s for sure
Awesome video bro. You got yourself a subscriber. Over the years I’ve always been a huge fan of the kraton she’s always been my go to 1/8 basher
Hell yeah thank you! I hope you enjoy the channel! Lots of Kraton stuff :)
