I'm surprised that hardly anyone brings it up. In an emergency, you can splice the outgoing wire leading out a few inches from the battery output wire to start a fire (assuming you've lost your lighter, ferro rods, matches, ect.)

NITECORE = Poor Customer Service. My NB10000 failed, granted after the warranty period, but without any heavy use. The USB-A port just fell out. Customer Service will only repair at my cost, all in will almost be price of a new unit. Poor showing. Better products for your hard earned money.
