Italy and Croatia looked like similarly good teams I can agree but what pissed us off was the 8 extra minutes which shouldn’t have been. Even if so the referee is undoubtedly quite useless given how much time he spent to call that handball penalty, took a split second to notice it and he had to go and order mcdonalds
@@jamalel-sayed5196 I am of the opinion that the FIFA should do what is done in the game of hockey where there is a time Time Ref who controls the clock visible to everyone( the public) and every time there is an interruption the clock stops and restarts after the play restarts. Leaving it all to the Ref as it is now, and finding out how much extra time is allowed is always a surprise that is subject to interpretation and speculation.... This is not good ! The system has to be changed. FIFA should take notice of the problem.

The ref had good game just stoppage time got wrong I suppose penalty but could only be 4 minutes 6 very most had 5euro each way at 33-1 least again go out with dignity 👏
I like Croatians. They're nice people and their women are beautiful. I would be upset too but the ref gave them a penalty kick and there was alot of diving from both sides.
4 minutes for penalty var review, there were also 5 players sostitutions...so antother 5 minutes... So the extra time wasn't too long.

You threw bottles, plastic cups for the whole match, you simulated "cramps" and after a few seconds you were running as if nothing had happened, you made all the possible substitutions at the end, you left the field walking slowly, and very slowly you went to beat the lateral foul, the VAR checked if there was a penalty, ancd after that... the referee went to see it at the onfield review... Then you celebrated after the goal... 8 minutes was too little!
However, Croatia is an excellent team that deserved a qualification, but Italy had beaten Albania, and if it hadn't been for that own goal against Spain, it would have ended 0-0 there too, Italy deserved more, and then Zaccagni's goal was a masterpiece, an Eurogol! Beautiful.
