An amazing demonstration by an amazing illustrator. One of my favourites. A very worthy tutor to demonstrate in the Rockwell museum. This video is underappreciated. I hope everybody in the audience had a sense of how lucky they were to get this information. I'm lucky it's on the internet. I got a kick out of the older boy in the background enjoying this a lot.
Sat and watched from start to finish! Most impressive demonstration I have seen for a long time. He is an engaging tutor and I imagine students are vying with one another to get into his classes. I hope his talents are not being wasted behind an admin desk as Asst. Prof. As a mature art class student I think I can safely say Prof. Vallejo has informed my art during one lesson! Thanks to the Norman Rockwell Museum and generous sponsors for this. PS I also think Rockwell's illustrations rock (and I am in Scotland where I don't think the general public ever saw the original magazine covers first hand).
I got scared at the end when he didn't want to discuss his political views. He wasn't wearing a mask. But his lesson was very thought provoking and he is charming.

Can't believe all of the back ground noise. Need to provide a decent place for this artist to teach.
I would not want to pay for this class with all of this noise. Seems a little disrespectful to the artist.
